The Rushmore is delighted to bring the extraordinary wellness, training and spa services of LA PALESTRA to its residents in a 7,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. LA PALESTRA has created a hybrid between the medical and fitness industry; providing services for its clients that integrate evaluation and exercise prescription.

Through a diagnostic health screening and physical fitness test, LA PALESTRA is able to identify needs and establish goals that are then applied in a personalized exercise program. With the guidance of a select staff of exercise specialists, LA PALESTRA strives to improve the quality of each client’s life through a combination of exercise, education, and community whether it be preparing for a family ski vacation or running the New York City marathon.
